Developer Roman Kassebaum is maintaining the OnGuard library for building demo versions of your Delphi XE8 Firemonkey apps. OnGuard allows you to implement time limited, feature limited, number of uses limited, and/or concurrent number of uses limited functionality. OnGuard supports Android, IOS, OSX, and Windows. Limited functionality versions of software are a good way to allow users to either try out full versions of your software or to offer lite versions of your software easily. You could also for example limit the number of concurrent users who could use your Android or IOS application on the same network with the same license. Apparently this library should work with C++Builder as well in addition to Appmethod and Delphi XE8. Full source code for the library is provided under the Mozilla Public License 1.1 and it is available from Github.
